DAY 1: NAIROBI – FLIGHT TO MASAI MARA – FIRST GAME DRIVE
Start your adventure with a smooth transfer from your Nairobi accommodation to Wilson Airport. Board a scenic light aircraft flight to the Masai Mara (approx. 1 hr). Upon arrival at the airstrip, your guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your luxury safari camp or lodge.
After check-in and a delightful lunch, head out for your first afternoon game drive, exploring the golden savannahs of the Mara, where you may spot elephants, giraffes, lions, and cheetahs. Return for an evening of relaxation, dinner, and storytelling by the fire.
DAY 2: FULL-DAY SAFARI IN MASAI MARA
Enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading out for a full-day game drive with picnic lunch in the bush. Traverse the vast Mara plains, keeping your eyes open for the Big Five and other magnificent species like wildebeest, zebra, and hyena.
You’ll visit popular areas like the Mara River, known for its crocodile and hippo population and dramatic migration crossings (July–Oct). Return to camp in the evening to unwind and savor a 3-course meal under the stars.
DAY 3: SUNRISE GAME DRIVE & CULTURAL EXPERIENCE
Today begins with an early morning game drive — the perfect time to see predators on the move. After breakfast back at the camp, take a guided visit to a nearby Maasai village to immerse yourself in local culture, music, dance, and traditions.
Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure — enjoy your lodge’s amenities, take a nature walk, or relax with a bush spa treatment (optional). Optional balloon safari available at an extra cost.
DAY 4: MORNING GAME DRIVE – FLY BACK TO NAIROBI
Enjoy a final morning game drive, capturing those last unforgettable memories of the Mara. After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi. A Twende Tours representative will meet you at Wilson Airport and transfer you to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward journey.
